Applies to all orders with the exception of personalized notebooks and journals.

Notebooks or journals purchased may be returned within 3 days of delivery, unless personalized with name or initials.
The customer is responsible for postage with returns and will be issued a refund for the original purchase once the product is received and deemed to be in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer.

*Custom orders can be cancelled before production begins with a 50% refund to account for the time and work involved behind the scenes.*

U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Mail.

USPS delivery time is 1-3 business days. You will receive an email containing a USPS tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking and tracking number provided, to monitor the delivery status.

A Notebook Company is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Any orders returned by the carrier marked 'Undeliverable' due to customer error are subject to additional payment for further shipping attempts.

International shipping rates are higher, contact us to ask about your options.

All items can be personalized for an additional $5. Please add the name you would like added to your item in the CUSTOM TEXT section. We will decide placement of the name depending on the length of name, selected design and available space. If you wish to specify where the name will go, please do not place your order here.
